If you are a new client, please schedule a free 20 minute consultation to get started.
Psychotherapy services provided by a regulated health provider in qualifying or full status. RP, Qualifying means the supervisor is Registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO) and are required to practice under supervision from a qualified supervisor and need to complete a certain number of hours for full registration. RP means that they are a full Registered Psychotherapist and have passed the CRPO registration exam and completed the requirements for practice as a psychotherapist.

An Associate Psychotherapist with an RSW is a Registered Social Worker who is Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and has declared psychotherapy as a competency of practice.

My name is Leah (she/her) and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at The Compassion Project. I am committed to offering support for individuals who have a hard time feeling safe, heard, or cared for. Through a compassionate, person-centred approach I’ll help you navigate life’s challenges. I have a particular interest working with adults managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I strive to work from trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-affirming perspectives. I welcome all clients including those identifying as neurodiverse, queer, trans, and LGBTQ2SIA+.
